Returns & Exchanges

At Sincerely Gaston, every purchase is made with intention. Because our products are printed on demand and support charitable causes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at shop@sinceregaston.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we review your request, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Since each item is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, email us immediately.
